My intention with this manual of experiences is to offer you some tools so that you discover the value you possess as a human being and understand that applause, complacent laughter and acceptance from others are not necessary to achieve your purposes. Abraham Maslow proposed that as we meet our most basic needs, we begin to aspire to more complex ones. According to his theory, human beings always seek to achieve goals, as long as the environment is favorable. This implies that our goals and aspirations may vary depending on our situation and the context of the moment.
